An RS485 transceiver for talking to industrial sensors, PLCs, motor drivers, and other electrically-noisy long-distance gear. The module handles the differential signaling, direction switching, and termination internally — your host code sends and receives serial frames with simple text commands over any supported interface.
Common uses: industrial sensor networks (Modbus-style), factory-floor integration, long-cable runs in noisy environments, building-automation projects, and classroom intro-to-industrial-protocols labs.
